Kihei Kai Oceanfront Condos

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the relaxed, smaller feel of the condos compared to the neighboring big condo complexes. The location right on the beach was excellent, providing a perfect resort feel without feeling crowded. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making us feel well taken care of. The Christmas potluck was a nice touch, adding a festive atmosphere to our stay. The beach area was beautiful and tranquil, offering a peaceful place to unwind with beach towels provided.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location just steps from the beach! Centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore both the west and east sides. Close to good breakfast cafes, the Grand Wailea Luau, groceries, and Keolia Ponds. the unit had a beautiful view of the ocean and a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen.

The air conditioning units need upgrading, and there were occasional electrical power surges. the carpet and rug in the unit had a slight musty smell.

Nothing not to love.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. the sandy beach was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. the hotel had well-maintained lawns and gardens, providing a pleasant and serene atmosphere.

I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of the condo. the furnishings were outdated and mismatched, giving the room a dated and uninviting appearance.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was close to Kihei and easily accessible to other parts of Maui, making it a great base for exploring the island. The fact that it was right by the beach was definitely a major plus. I loved being able to walk just a few steps and have my toes in the sand. The view from my room was also amazing, with stunning sunsets celebrated by both the hosts and the guests. It created such a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere.

One of the things that I didn't like was the lack of 24/7 staff presence at the hotel. It would have been more convenient if there was someone available at all times to address any concerns or questions.

The access to the beach was amazing! The condo had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs, shade umbrella, towels, and a cooler bag. Additionally, having a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and tableware was a great advantage.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a king bed made of two mattresses, each of which were worn out differently, making it challenging to find a flat and comfortable position.

The location was fantastic, right on a beautiful beach with great snorkeling and paddleboarding opportunities. The unit had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable seating area. The hosts, Ron and Paula, were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the chance to mingle with other guests and participate in host-planned events.

The furniture on the balcony was dirty and needed a good clean before we could sit there comfortably. The balcony was also a bit cluttered with stuff, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere.

Our recent stay at the oceanfront condos was fantastic. The location was perfect, with fine sunset views right outside our door. The condo itself was clean and spacious, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The convenience store, bakeshop, and shave ice shop within walking distance were a bonus. Despite a few minor issues like limited supplies and a faulty air-conditioner, we highly recommend this hidden gem for its great value and amazing beachfront experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I couldn't have asked for better value for my money at Kai Oceanfront Condos. The spacious room with a big porch, cozy living room, and well-equipped kitchen provided all the comforts I needed. The location right by the beach was convenient, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home.

I stayed at Kai Oceanfront Condos for 2 weeks and it truly felt like a home away from home. Loved not having to carry keys, just a simple 4 digit code. The unit was incredibly stocked, had everything I needed and more. The hosts were amazing, communication was immediate and helpful. The internet had a little issue but was quickly resolved with zero downtime. The atmosphere created by Mr and Mrs Herr was warm and friendly. Great location central to the island, with a quiet beach and good wifi.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
